At LSH, people make the difference

LSH is an independent, professionally managed family business with over a hundred years of tradition. It is owned by the fourth generation, who form the circle of shareholders and closely support the company’s development. From this circle, Sara and Anna Spethmann are involved in the operational business of Ostfriesische Tee Gesellschaft (OTG). Henry Spethmann is the spokesperson for the shareholders and a member of the supervisory board, while Michael Spethmann is the chairman of the supervisory board.

The secret of the LSH success story sounds quite simple: People make the difference, whether as employees, customers or suppliers.
