Quality Is the Sum of the Measures Used to Safeguard It

The products, product safety and processes are each individual aspects of overall quality. A number of measures are taken to safeguard quality. These include certifications such as the International Food Standards (IFS) for all locations, the implementation of an HACCP concept (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), cooperation with leading chemical analysis service providers and systematic supplier management.

At the LSH, quality requirements and testing to ensure product safety far exceed statutory regulations and standards. The rationale behind this additional effort and expense is to promote employee identification with the company and instill pride in the products manufactured.
