Milford Tee Austria Gesell- schaft m.b.H., which was founded in 1972, was the first foreign subsidiary of the present Laurens Spethmann Holding AG & Co. KG, and it is an example of the international activities of the Group.
The foundation, for the very positive development of this young company, was laid with its transfer from Innsbruck to Hall in Tirol. Milford Tee Austria Gesellschaft m.b.H. therefore established
a new factory in Hall, which was taken into operation in September 1985. Every year, billions of tea bags leave this high-performance factory, which is among the most mo- dern tea packaging operations in Europe, for placement in the racks of the domestic Austrian and foreign points-of-sale.
Besides the products that are manufactured in-house, Milford Tee Austria Gesellschaft m.b.H. also sells trade products in the area of instant tea and cocoa beverages. Such accessories as tea sugar and tea filters are also part of the product range. |
